As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team and support financial initiatives through insightful analysis and strategic reporting.
Position Summary: The Senior Analyst will play a key role in analyzing company performance, developing financial models, and providing data-driven insights across departments. This position requires strong SaaS knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze performance trends and generate insights to guide strategic decision-making
Build and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts
Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams
Design and maintain dashboards and reports for key SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn)
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and board/investor presentations
Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure data accuracy
Identify operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2–4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or consulting
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key performance indicators
Advanced Excel modeling skills
Experience with financial systems and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Mosaic, Salesforce)
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
