Sell Inovalon SaaS products and services directly to the healthcare industry Consistently attain and exceed monthly sales quotas Use CustomerCentric™ sales techniques, process, and pipeline milestones to manage the sales process with prospects and customers Initiate outbound prospecting, qualifying, and contact verification for Inovalon services using CustomerCentric™ techniques Work in a team environment driving all prospecting, qualification, and sales activities and targets in a defined geography or territory Utilize issue‑based prospecting and sales techniques to uncover customer/prospect needs and demonstrate the value of solving their business problems Become proficient with Salesforce Automation tools for contact management, opportunity tracking, sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting Other duties as requested and/or determined Maintain compliance with Inovalon policies, procedures, and mission statement; adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA requirements; and fulfill reasonable duties to achieve operational and financial success for the employer Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of successful tele‑sales experience selling technology products or services, calling on business influencers and meeting monthly performance objectives Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Experience working in a fast‑paced, matrix sales environment with close attention to detail Experience making 30+ outbound phone calls per day Experience working with sales force automation and contact management systems Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience Physical Demands and Work Environment

Sedentary work (sitting for long periods) Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Frequently or constantly lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects and repetitive motions Subject to inside environmental conditions Up to 5% travel, typically for training purposes Flexible work environment:

you are expected to work remotely at least two days a week, Monday–Wednesday, subject to change Inovalon Offers a Competitive Salary and Benefits Package

In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives. Actual base pay may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, location, and internal equity. The base compensation range is $49,723–$65,000 USD. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, company‑paid disability, 401(k), 18+ days of paid time off, and more. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
