JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Regional Sales Loan Officer to generate new business opportunities by managing inbound and outbound leads through phone and video meetings.

As a leading hard money lender, we are rapidly expanding and looking for a self-starter with a hustler mentality. The ideal candidate is ambitious, coachable, and eager to learn the ins and outs of private real estate lending and investing. This role works closely with our Chief Revenue Officer to help generate new business opportunities, support current and future projects, and function as an inside sales loan officer.

You are fundamental to our success. You are a relentless follow-up and will be responsible for generating your own leads and business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Driving new business by fielding incoming leads and following up with warm and hot leads, connecting realtors, attorneys, loan brokers, bankers, mortgage officers, real estate investors, and contractors from across the country

Vetting incoming leads, providing quotes that include rates and terms, and preparing potential borrowers and brokers for their interactions with our underwriting team once a lead is ready to begin the loan process

Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with organizations that can bring a combination of referrals, market intelligence, marketing opportunities, and reputation development

Developing and maintaining referral relationships with other lenders and companies such as Private Lender Link, CIX.com, and PrivateLenders.com

Daily social media farming in real estate investor and hard money lending groups, including commenting and privately messaging potential prospects

Making outbound calls to existing and former borrowers, brokers, and referral partners while following a scheduled follow-up protocol and managing leads through the CRM

Assisting in generating content for educational training programs for brokers and outside referral partners

Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on all sales and marketing business activities

Consulting with qualified applicants to answer questions and gather information to assist with loan applications and prepare loan files

Managing and monitoring the existing sales pipeline, meeting sales expectations, and assisting with generating new business opportunities

Maintaining communication with former, current, and potential borrowers via phone, email, and video chat

Interviewing borrowers via telephone or video chat to gather relevant materials regarding their borrowing needs

QUALIFICATIONS

Mortgage or real estate sales experience is preferred but not required

Prior call center experience is preferred

Ability to work as a part of a team, supporting, and assisting an effective group sales strategy

Strong verbal and written communication skills

PC Proficiency (G‑Suite), familiarity of HubSpot CRM preferred
