Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an Intake Specialist to work on our fast-growing team. Intake Specialists serve as the first point of contact for people seeking legal representation and play a critical role in driving revenue for the firm. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and persuasive, all while maintaining empathy, compassion, and prioritizing the client experience above all.

This will be an on-site position at our San Diego, CA office.

Schedules: Wednesday–Sunday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, or Saturday–Wednesday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM. Both schedules require flexibility to work holidays as needed.

SALARY: $24.00-$27.00 per hour. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

Job Duties

Responding to inbound leads via phone and conducting a thorough intake interview.

Qualifying leads based on litigation criteria.

Sending retainers to qualified leads and walking clients through the process of signing with the firm.

Diligently following up on wanted leads through a series of calls, texts, and emails.

Sharing the firm's core values and competitive advantages with potential clients.

Maintaining leads in the CRM with detailed notes and plans of action for follow-up.

Consistently meeting or exceeding both team and individual goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

The ability to work onsite and on weekends regularly.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and at least one year of sales experience.

A successful candidate will be enthusiastic, responsive, detail-oriented, organized, have strong judgement, analytical, interpersonal, communication, and written skills.

Candidates should be familiar with the ethical and confidentiality requirements of working in a law firm.

Prior experience in the legal field is helpful, but not necessary.

This position requires the ability to work independently and in a team setting, manage high volume and time-sensitive workflow effectively and efficiently.
