Job Summary CCI Mechanical is seeking a motivated and client-focused
Account Manager/Outside Sales
to join our Service Department. This role is designed for a high-potential individual who will support seasoned Account Managers in managing commercial and industrial HVAC service accounts. The position blends inside sales support with field-based client engagement and offers a clear path for professional growth through mentorship and hands‑on experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure quick and effective responses to client inquiries.
Prepare reports on the status of accounts/projects (profitability, deadlines, etc.).
Provide after-sales support to retain customers.
Build rapport with the client by communicating regularly.
Promote new products and services to existing customers.
Develop, maintain, and improve long‑term customer partnerships.
Negotiate contracts according to company requirements.
Regular reporting to the Sales Manager.
Attend ongoing trainings as requested by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
5+ years’ experience in the mechanical contracting industry.
Knowledge of various HVAC mechanical and controls systems preferred.
Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
Reliable, self‑driven, confident, articulate, and persuasive.
Ability to problem‑solve.
Attention to detail.
Physical Demands Standing, sitting, reaching, walking.
