A Day in the Life
Start the day by opening the studio, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and ready for members.
Review daily appointments and goals with the team, fostering a positive and focused environment.
Act as the team’s go‑to resource, coaching when needed, monitoring performance, and solving problems.
Onboard and train new Sales Associates, ensuring they feel supported from day one.
Lead by example, stepping up when the Studio Manager is absent to keep studio operations running smoothly.
Close the studio at day’s end, celebrate team wins, and prepare for a strong tomorrow.
Requirements
Preferred experience in a customer‑facing or sales‑focused role.
Preferred prior experience supervising or supporting a team.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Passion for health, fitness, or wellness.
