Rental Sales Agent - FT
Join Avis Budget Group as a Rental Sales Agent. We’re hiring immediately to fill full‑time positions at our airport rental counters in Kailua Kona, HI.
What You’ll Do
Rent cars and promote Avis Budget products and services at airport rental counters.
Process contracts, identify customer needs, and upsell offerings to enhance the travel experience.
Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Perks You’ll Get
Bi‑weekly hourly wage plus an unlimited commission / incentive / bonus plan (potential earnings up to 3× annual base salary).
Minimum commission guarantee for the first two months.
On‑the‑job training to improve professional sales skills.

Effective verbal communication skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
Professional, engaging personality.
Flexibility to work all shifts.
Ability to sit, stand and type for prolonged periods.
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Position requires regular on‑site presence; remote work not possible.
6 months real‑estate or retail sales experience in a fast‑paced environment is a bonus.
