As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. You'll guide and mentor a dynamic sales team while fostering a culture of excellence and driving our dealership's performance. What You'll Do
Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed dealership production levels and revenue targets as defined by leadership. Lead the Sales Team: Create and execute actionable plans to manage, coach, and motivate the sales team effectively. Recruit and Develop Talent: Actively participate in hiring top-performing individuals and provide mentorship and training to promote career growth. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Maintain superior customer satisfaction (CSI) by ensuring clients leave 100% satisfied with their experience. Collaborate Across Departments: Build productive relationships with other dealership teams, including F&I, accounting, service, and parts. Monitor Performance: Enforce proper selling methods and ensure objectives for sales and gross profits are achieved. Drive Team Success: Support and inspire your team to reach their full potential, creating a positive and ethical working environment. Take Transactions A-Z: Oversee the process from lead inquiry to vehicle delivery and loan funding, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish preferred Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree preferred At least three (3) years of sales management experience Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals Excellent customer service, organizational, negotiation/closing, and follow-up skills Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment Strong written and communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word) Experience with automotive systems such as Dealertrack DMS, Dealertrack F&I, AutoAlert CXM, and Vauto Consistent and stable work history Professional appearance and work ethic Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form Ability to work effectively in a team environment Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to effectively rehash deals with Prime/Mid-prime/Sub-prime lenders Leadership skills in both team-based and independent settings Physical Demands
Sit and/or stand interchangeably throughout the day. Sit and/or stand for long periods at a time. Use hands, fingers, and arms continually throughout the day. Bend, crouch, crawl, stoop, and kneel frequently. Pick up, lift, and carry items that may exceed 50 pounds. What We Offer
