We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a minimum of 1 year of EdTech sales prospecting experienceto join the expanding SDRteam. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, highly motivated, and dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the education sector.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to generate new sales leads and opportunities.
Qualify inbound leads and inquiries to identify potential opportunities for our EdTech solutions.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies within the education sector.
Utilize CRM systems and sales automation tools to manage leads, track activities, and maintain accurate records.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our EdTech solutions.
Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives to drive the sales process forward.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales development or inside sales, preferably in the educational technology industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
