Responsibilities
Product Backlog Management:
Creating, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog.
Creating user stories and ensuring user stories are clear, concise, and have well-defined acceptance criteria.
Comfortable with process mapping and gap analysis with senior team support.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving approach.
Eagerness to learn regulatory impacts, investor guidelines, and compliance constraints.
Working with the development team to ensure backlog items are understood and actionable.
Good communication and documentation skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Domain Knowledge
Commercial Real Estate experience, preferably in property valuation, order management, reconciliation, and audit.
Understanding of key entities: borrower, lender, investor, service, and valuation vendor roles.
Tools & Technologies
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile Project management tools.
Working knowledge of VISIO, Lucid Chart, or similar process flow creation
Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, lookup, and data validation.
Exposure to CRE platforms is a plus.
Soft Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with different teams.
Building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to manage tasks effectively, meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
