Position Summary Business Development Leader, will work with a group of talented like-minded individuals, creating strategic plans to promote and grow the company. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Leader with established networking connections to join our team as we Connect People and Communities by providing innovative engineering solutions.
The Successful Candidate Will
Have interest and capabilities in networking (including joining professional groups and attending their meetings/get togethers)
Meet clients and do presentations on firm’s capabilities
Be involved in general Business Development and keeping in touch with current and prospective clients
Have skills in Social Media involvement (LinkedIn, FaceBook, etc.)
Develop marketing newsletters, client presentations, marketing brochures, digital and print ads, proposals, etc.
Represent and attend job recruitment at job fairs and help with staffing needs and recruiting talent (engineers, technicians, support staff, etc.)
Have direct or indirect experience in some/all aspects of the above
Be personable and a team player
Required Qualifications
Degree in Business, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field preferred
3+ years of experience in the Consulting engineering industry preferred
Location Omaha, NE
