Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency. Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed applications and systems. Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
