$60,000 – $85,000 per year
Being a Real Estate Agent with Windermere Real Estate is an exceptional opportunity to take your real estate career to the next level. We are currently seeking experienced online converters. This is an opportunity to join one of the few Zillow teams that covers the Spokane and Northern Idaho markets, selling approximately 200 homes per year.
Responsibilities
Effectively manage and convert leads generated from the Zillow platform.
Work closely with buyers, nurturing relationships and guiding them through the real estate process.
Perform speak‑to‑lead activities.
Leverage strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
Apply deep understanding of the local real estate market and Zillow platform.
Follow up consistently to maximize conversion.
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school; if not licensed, consider joining Windermere Real Estate School with code WC30.
Must hold Idaho and Washington licenses or be interested in dual licensing (Idaho & Washington).
Proven track record of successfully converting Zillow leads.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in using the Zillow platform and related technologies.
Self‑motivation and drive to achieve targets.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Reliable transportation.
