As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas. Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications Process cash and credit card transactions with precision Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed Qualifications: Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
