In this role, you'll focus on supporting union members who request information about their benefits. Daily activities include: Handling inbound and outbound calls Setting appointments and conducting virtual presentations Reviewing benefits and options with members Completing and processing necessary paperwork Ensuring quality control and client satisfaction Building leadership skills and growing into advanced roles Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who bring: Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities A positive, energetic, and professional attitude The ability to connect with individuals and groups effectively Team-player mindset and strong interpersonal skills Prior customer service or sales experience (preferred, not required) Eligibility to legally work in the U.S. or Canada What We Offer
