We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator & Takeoff Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and takeoffs, with the ability to read and interpret construction plans accurately. Proficiency with tools such as Smart Glazier and Google Sheets is essential. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from construction drawings and specifications. Read and interpret construction plans to identify project scope, materials, and labor requirements. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate budgeting and project execution. Utilize Smart Glazier software to create detailed takeoffs and estimates. Organize and track data using Google Sheets to ensure all information is up to date and accessible. Identify potential issues or discrepancies in plans and recommend solutions. Maintain consistent communication with team members to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
