Develop, configure, and maintain the Salesforce Experience Cloud suite, ensuring integration with Service Cloud for case management Build custom solutions using Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Design and implement user-friendly experiences with LWC Web Components for Experience Cloud Manage and integrate Salesforce Knowledge with the Experience Cloud platform Provide technical guidance and mentorship on Salesforce Experience Cloud best practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
6+ years of hands-on experience developing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions Expert-level understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud and its integration with Service Cloud Strong experience with Partner Community and knowledge of Experience Cloud license types Proficiency in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) alongside Salesforce Experience Cloud development Proven expertise in Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in a SaaS-based environment Previous exposure to healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries Familiarity with tools like Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar integration platforms Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting tools Salesforce certifications in relevant areas, including Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
