As a key member of our customer-focused organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with every interaction. Responsibilities include: Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders both in-person and over the phone Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision Prepare food items according to Domino's standards and recipes Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order preparation and delivery Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support coworkers during busy periods Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Qualifications include: Must be at least 16 years of age Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Excellent attention to detail, especially when taking orders and handling payments Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Team player mentality with a willingness to assist coworkers as needed Basic food preparation skills or willingness to learn Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 pounds Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
