Responsibilities Design and develop integration solutions using MuleSoft to connect Salesforce with other enterprise applications such as ERP (Oracle Fusion, SAP), CRM, and third-party APIs. Build API-led connectivity architectures, focusing on scalable, reusable, and well-documented integrations. Configure, customize, and implement MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for API management, integrations, and data transformation. Manage real-time and batch integration processes between Salesforce and external systems. Ensure Salesforce integrations follow best practices, including security, data integrity, and performance. Design data flow and transformation processes to ensure accurate and efficient data exchange. Map data between Salesforce objects (Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, etc.) and other enterprise systems. Handle complex data integration scenarios, including REST/SOAP API integrations, bulk processing, and error handling. Collaborate with solution architects, technical leads, and business teams to design integration architecture that aligns with business goals. Lead technical workshops and review sessions to ensure integration designs meet functional and technical requirements. Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. Use MuleSoft tools like Anypoint Studio, API Designer, and API Manager to deploy and monitor integrations. Ensure continuous delivery and integration of changes to live environments using CI/CD pipelines. Document integration designs, data mappings, and any custom development performed. Provide ongoing support for deployed MuleSoft integration solutions, including troubleshooting and optimization. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and any issues.
