Responsibilities
Design the stamping tools according to Schaeffler regulations.
Define the optimal process, material and heat treatment for the tools.
Lead complex tool design and development project.
Develop solution with unstandardized principle/ approaches.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in stamping tool development, outstanding 2025 or 2026 graduates with strong internship or project experience are also encouraged to apply (Strong practical experience demonstrated through internships, project work, or academic research related to stamping die design or manufacturing).
Proficient in materials science, heat treatment, coatings, machining processes, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Strong problem‑solving skills with familiarity in common troubleshooting methods and tools.
Demonstrated quick learning ability, proactiveness, and innovative mindset.
Fluency in English sufficient for working in a professional environment.
