Client Consultation:
Utilize active listening to identify client needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions.
Product Demonstration:
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives to highlight key features and performance.
Sales Lifecycle Management:
Facilitate the sales process from initial greeting through closing, including price presentation and financing coordination.
Relationship Management:
Execute diligent post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and cultivate a robust referral network.
Business Development:
Proactively prospect for new clientele and maintain a high level of professional initiative.
