Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications Process cash and credit card transactions with precision Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold our high standards of cleanliness Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed Qualifications: Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues Great attitude and an easy smile Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
