Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities through data analysis, value stream mapping, and Gemba walks.
Coach, mentor, and train employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles, tools, and techniques.
Manage a portfolio of continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and measurable results.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across all manufacturing operations.
Recommended Qualifications
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of delivering measurable operational improvements and cost savings.
Proficient in project management, data analysis, and advanced problem-solving techniques.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
Demonstrated ability to lead change, mentor teams, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
Proficiency in applying Industry 4.0 concepts or advanced analytics to manufacturing processes.
Prior experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace).
