Mid-Market Account Manager DACH
The Infopro Digital Group seeks for Red-on-line DACH a Mid-Market Account Manager DACH for the marketing of our unique solutions in the DACH market in full-time, in Vienna or Germany (homebased). Portfolio Management Efficient management and development of a broad mid-market customer portfolio with varying stages of use and growth Strategic prioritization of high-potential customers using data, activity signals, and internal guidelines Ensuring reliable forecasts and structured maintenance of the pipeline in the CRM Upsell & Cross-Sell Targeted identification and qualification of opportunities to increase product usage, reach, and user numbers Planning and conducting discovery calls as well as creating customized offers and presentations Close collaboration with pre-sales and subject matter experts to answer complex technical or professional requirements Renewals & Contract and Revenue Management Management of the entire renewal cycle with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and added value for the customer Reduction of attrition risk through proactive communication and clear presentation of product value Consolidation of contracts, resolution of commercial issues, and coordination of renewals with additional upsell opportunities Customer Retention & Relationship Management Building trustworthy relationships with operational and middle-level decision-makers Regular conversations and value analyses to ensure product success and identify customer needs Monitoring account status and close coordination with the client success team as needed What You Bring:
Completed commercial education or a successfully completed degree Relevant experience in the sale of explanatory B2B software solutions that create value for the departments You can demonstrate a stable sales background shaped by at least 3 years of expertise You convince and inspire through your communication-strong appearance with customers in various contexts (on-site appointments, online presentations) You are able to convey value to the management level and maintain trusting relationships Experience in successfully applying the methodology of complex solution sales You easily demonstrate software applications with a focus on customer needs, usability, and benefits Proficient use of all common MS-Office applications as well as experience with working in CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) Preferred, but not required - background knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) or EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) solutions Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time Fluent command of the German and English languages completes your profile.
