Phone Sales - Customer Service Representative Responsibilities included daily adherence to operational procedures for activities such as order processing, customer excellence, billing, deliveries, etc. Keeps apprised of and advised customers of revised information on products or merchandise such as product capability, availability, pricing, credit, warranties and shipping. Must be proficient in all aspects of the A+ Order entry, order search, po search, P&A, daily's, and customer search, anticipates and resolves problems timely and accurately. Six months to one year related experience and/or training. Qualifications

For compliance purposes for NYS transparency, the expected salary range is $21.00 - $26.00. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
