Responsibilities Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention Identify and prioritize key performance marketing channels, including PPC, display advertising, and affiliate marketing Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various paid channels Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, and bid management Optimize campaigns continuously to improve key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels Monitor spend and performance daily to ensure campaigns stay within budget and deliver expected results Make data-driven decisions to reallocate budget as needed to optimize performance Collaborate with the web development team to optimize landing pages and conversion paths Utilize heatmaps and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
