Responsibilities
Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration
Help maintain HR records and documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Monitor compliance and assist with quality assurance tasks
Provide general HR support to staff and leadership
Qualifications
0–1 years of HR or administrative experience (willing to train the right candidate)
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable working with sensitive information
Good communication skills and a team mindset
