A growing consumer brand is seeking a Customer Support & B2B Client Relations Representative to manage customer support and wholesale partner relationships. This role focuses on communication, issue resolution, and long-term partner satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing customer and B2B partner inquiries
Providing product education and support
Resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining strong ongoing client relationships
Communicating via email, phone, and digital platforms
Ideal Qualifications:
Customer support or client relations experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable working across multiple communication channels
Professional and brand-focused demeanor
Salary : $75k - $100k/Year
