Our client, a leading E&I contractor, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of industrial construction projects. This role involves managing progress claims, drawing take-offs, risk assessments, variation orders, and ensuring strong contract performance across all phases of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage monthly applications for payment.
Take-off construction drawings and monitor variations.
Support contract reviews and progress reports.
Analyse earned value and forecast project performance.
Ensure claims and early warnings are submitted appropriately.
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in E&I contracting.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC, ICE, or NEC contracts.
Commercially astute with strong reporting and communication skills.
