This is a relationship driven position supporting existing clients rather than grinding cold calls. You help building owners and facility teams modernize their systems and plan future upgrades that improve comfort, reliability, and energy efficiency.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain long term relationships with building owners and facility managers

Understand customer goals and offer solutions that improve building performance

Sell service agreements, upgrades, retrofits, and energy saving improvements

Identify upcoming building projects and involve the system sales team early

Recommend expansions, software updates, and modernization options

Manage account strategies and track activity

Ensure customers feel supported and want to continue the partnership long term
