
Real Estate & Mortgage Operations Associate

Responsibilities
Licensing & Compliance
Maintain and update DRE (Department of Real Estate) and NMLS licenses for the company and associated entities.
Monitor renewal deadlines and ensure all licenses remain active and in good standing.
Prepare and submit changes for branch licensing, company licensing, sponsorships, and regulatory updates.
Assist with compliance audits and documentation across both real estate and mortgage operations.
Commission Management & Company Transactions
Assist with commission disbursement, ensuring accuracy and timely payouts across multiple entities.
Support accounting and finance teams with transaction reconciliation between companies.
Track commissions, referrals, company splits, and inter‑company adjustments.
Lender Program & Channel Setup
Help enroll the company into lender programs as a broker for both wholesale and correspondent channels.
Maintain updated lender credentials, contacts, and onboarding documents.
Ensure approved lender lists are current for loan officers.
Loan Program & Marketing Coordination
Work with the Marketing Team to update loan program sheets, pricing flyers, and marketing materials.
Ensure program updates are accurate, compliant, and distributed to the sales team promptly.
Maintain and manage company accounts for LOS (Loan Origination System) platforms such as LendingPad, Encompass, or other systems in use.
Oversee access and permissions for CRM, LOS, compliance portals, and software subscriptions.
Report system issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in real estate or mortgage operations preferred.
Understanding of DRE, NMLS, and general compliance requirements is a strong plus.
Familiarity with LOS platforms (LendingPad, Encompass, ARIVE, etc.) preferred.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Proficient with Google Workspace, Excel, CRMs, and digital filing systems.
Ability to work on‐site in Mesa, AZ.
