Description A growing, nationally recognized law practice is seeking a junior to mid-level Real Estate Associate for its Seattle office. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience managing commercial real estate transactions, including lender or borrower-side mortgage and mezzanine financings, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, or joint venture deals. Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, business acumen, and client-facing experience are essential. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, sophisticated transactions within a collaborative, team-oriented environment with attorneys dedicated to professional development and mentorship.
Salary & Benefits The expected salary range is $235,000–$310,000, commensurate with experience. Eligible associates may participate in an hours-based bonus program. Candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice law in Washington State.
