Proven experience as a sushi chef or in a similar high-paced, quality-driven kitchen
Expertise in sushi preparation, knife skills, and cleanliness standards
Knowledge of traditional and modern Japanese techniques

Prepare sushi and sashimi with precision and artistry
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and seasonal specials
Ensure proper storage and handling of all raw ingredients
