The Role
As the partner marketing landscape continues to evolve, various channels and tactics are converging, and Acceleration Partners is leading the charge. We seek an experienced senior‑level digital marketing professional with leadership experience to autonomously manage cross‑regional teams for our influencer marketing practice. The successful candidate will be a high‑level client‑facing liaison, often acting as a point of escalation for the AP and client teams.
The role requires strong experience in developing and managing KPI‑driven influencer marketing campaigns for consumer products and/or service companies. This person will have a working knowledge of the overall partner marketing landscape including affiliate, and the ability to direct comprehensive strategy as well as lead, manage, and hold teams accountable.
The successful candidate ensures a high level of client service is delivered to drive client happiness, retention, and growth KPIs. They also manage team happiness, coach and develop direct reports, ensure client success, monitor trends, and continuously improve processes and best practices.

Top 5 Job Responsibilities
Portfolio Growth – Strategic guidance to achieve YoY growth KPIs, identify scope expansion opportunities, and craft expansion proposals.
Lead, Manage & Hold Teams Accountable – Supervise account teams, mentor, coach, address performance, and maintain team happiness and retention.
Superior Client Service – Build relationships at all levels, manage client escalations, and maintain a net promoter score of 8+.
Resource Allocation & Profitability – Manage monthly utilization, staffing plans, and seek opportunities to increase portfolio revenue while maintaining profitability.
Internal Responsibilities – Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations; drive process improvements, mitigate risks, and disseminate information timely.

By 6 Months: Overseeing day‑to‑day operations of multiple influencer programs with minimal guidance; strong client relationships; programs growing MoM and meeting performance goals; coaching teams effectively; profitability maintained; NPS 8+.
By 1 Year: Autonomously accountable for program performance; consistently exceeding client expectations; maximizing team and account efficiency; recognized as key to client success; pitching expansion opportunities; maintaining profitability and NPS 8+.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
6+ years of digital marketing and agency experience.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Proven leadership track record: interviewing, hiring, coaching, performance management.
Strong understanding of omni‑channel digital marketing; track record of successful influencer campaigns.
Knowledge of attribution in digital marketing.
Understanding of influencer and affiliate marketing synergy.
Experience with influencer tools (CreatorIQ, GRIN, etc.) preferred.
Knowledge of affiliate networks or SaaS platforms (Impact, ShareASale, CJ) preferred.
Travel up to 25%, including international.
Analytical mindset; data analysis and reporting comfort.
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Strong independent decision‑making and problem‑solving.
Strategic thinker capable of comprehensive influencer marketing strategies.

Target base salary: $100,000–$120,000 depending on location, experience, and level.
