A Day in the Life As a Facility Maintenance Assistant / Handyman, you help to take care of the maintenance, protection, and overall appearance of our assisted living facility and grounds. Under the direction of our Maintenance Director, you complete requests from our residents. Whether you are painting, cleaning, or hanging pictures, you bring a smile to the job and enjoy learning new skills every day.
Qualifications
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
No experience required – we will train you!
Self‑motivated and willing to learn
Effective at prioritizing multiple tasks
Work Schedule This part‑time position offers flexible 4‑hour and 8‑hour shift options.
