Responsibilities
Process a high volume of orders on a daily basis with an understanding of specific requirements for each order/customer
Review orders for accuracy
Provide customers with timely responses to questions on order status, tracking, and other general inquiries
Manage online customer orders and associated data via EDI portals
Generate internal reports for sales and production teams
Regularly communicate with the warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction
Invoice orders daily, weekly, and as needed
Support sales and marketing team as needed
Handle other general office duties and rotate tasks within the department as required
Requirements
High proficiency in data entry using software, online portals, spreadsheets, etc.
Previous experience with ERP software
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and strong time‑management skills
Experience in a customer‑service and order‑processing environment preferred
Work in person in an office setting with sitting, standing, walking, answering the phone, using computers, and lifting office boxes
Ability to follow written, audio, visual, and verbal directions
Masks may be required in common areas pending current local health department guidelines
Drug and Alcohol Policy compliance
Communication Policy compliance
Multiple shifts are offered from early morning to night; no prior experience required
