About The Role We are seeking a motivated, people-focused Field Marketing Representative to grow our presence in the St. Louis area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, building relationships, and representing a mission‑driven healthcare organization.
You will work directly with hospitals, social workers, case managers, clinics, community organizations, and referral partners to generate qualified referrals and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, SNFs, rehab centers, social workers, case managers, clinics, physicians’ offices, and community organizations.
Conduct in‑person outreach, presentations, and drop‑ins to educate partners on our services.
Represent the organization professionally at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
Identify new referral opportunities and underserved areas.
Follow up consistently with referral partners to maintain long‑term relationships.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with professionals and building rapport quickly.
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the St. Louis area.
Required Experience
Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, or community outreach.
Background in sales, relationship management, or business development.
