Role The Strategy and Business Operations Team sits within the Office of the CEO and works closely with SentiLink’s leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, streamline business operations, and support decision‑making at the highest levels of the organization. As a Strategy and Business Operations Associate, you will support high‑priority strategic projects across the business and help to grow and manage the operational processes via which SentiLink runs and evaluates the business.
Responsibilities
Special Projects: Work on ad‑hoc projects as directed by the CEO, collaborating with a wide range of functions (e.g., Go‑To‑Market, Finance, Product) depending on business needs.
Operating Cadences: Support and elevate SentiLink’s annual planning process, monthly business reviews, ongoing goal‑tracking, and other business cadences.
KPIs: Manage, improve, and track business KPIs that provide insight into company‑wide progress and execution.
Board & Executive Support: Prepare materials for board meetings, executive presentations, and other high‑level communications.
Requirements
3‑5 years of work experience at a VC‑backed startup, management consulting, banking, or private equity firm (bonus for analytical focus); MBA a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable with ambiguity and context‑switching, a quick learner, and able to drive work independently.
Proven organizational skills and experience leading complex projects with limited guidance.
Enthusiasm for becoming an expert in topics related to the future of financial services, fraud, and identity.
High‑level communication and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Ability to present ideas in a clear, user‑friendly way.
Attention to detail.
Technical proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides; SQL and/or Python a plus.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must reside in the United States.
Salary Range $170,000–$210,000 per year.
