Remote Customer Service/Data Entry
We are looking for someone that is friendly and detailed oriented for our Remote Customer Service/Data Entry position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer service via emails, phone calls, and web customer service.
Leave a good impression of our brand to all those they interact with, regardless of whether the interaction is pleasant or unpleasant.
Quickly learn about our products, common concerns & problems, and ability to apply this knowledge.
Enter purchase and sales order.
Perform daily Research tasks.
Inventory maintenance.
Processing Data Entry.
Additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Prior Customer Service experience is a must.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and critical thinking skills are a must.
Ability to multi-task.
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
Basic Skills in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and must be comfortable learning new programs and ecommerce software.
Proficient in basic math: Addition/subtraction, percentages, rounding, division/multiplication.
Minimum of HighSchool / Some College Preferred.
