Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
Starting Pay: $20/hr

What You’ll Do
Process consumer loan applications quickly and accurately
Gather, verify, and track borrower documentation
Review applications for completeness and compliance
Prepare disclosures and maintain clean, audit‑ready loan files
Communicate with internal and external partners to keep files moving
Provide timely updates and resolve outstanding items
Deliver a friendly, community-focused customer experience
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma required; degree or lending knowledge preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization
Friendly communicator with a customer‑first mindset
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Comfortable with computers, MS Office, and learning new systems
Reliable, consistent, solution‑oriented attitude
Prior loan processing/banking experience preferred (not required)
