Landscape Maintenance Lead Worker Position Overview
The City of Huntsville Landscape Management Department seeks qualified applicants for a Landscape Maintenance Lead Worker role.
Overview This is lead manual work and participation in the installation, maintenance, and renovation of landscape on public properties. Work involves the responsibility of taking the role of lead worker over a small crew of helpers and participating in a variety of landscape tasks.

Lead manual work and installation, maintenance, and renovation of landscape on public properties.
Take the role of lead worker over a small crew of helpers.
Participate in a variety of landscape tasks.
Qualifications
Some experience in performing manual work and leading a small crew of workers; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
Valid driver’s license.
A Commercial Driver’s License, Class B, is desired.
Shift Schedule 4 10‑hour shifts: Monday – Thursday 6 AM to 4 PM or Tuesday – Friday 6 AM to 4 PM.
