The Events Assistant will play a key role in coordinating, organizing, and supporting a variety of corporate and educational events. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for creating seamless event experiences. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure events are executed efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish Support logistics including scheduling, venue coordination, materials preparation, and vendor communication Maintain detailed event documentation, timelines, and checklists Collaborate with team members to ensure events align with company objectives Provide on-site or virtual event support as needed Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and grow within the events and operations field Additional Information
