Our client, a leading technology-driven organization specializing in innovative delivery solutions, is seeking a UX Designer to join their team. As a UX Designer, you will be part of the Design Department supporting cross-functional teams dedicated to creating seamless and user-centered experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong creative vision, excellent collaboration skills, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Austin, TX or Seattle, WA
6-24 month contract

Pay Range: $55

What's the Job?

• Help acquire customer insights by conducting usability studies
• Understand and advocate for customer needs across platforms
• Design user-centered experiences that simplify complex workflows
• Ensure cohesion across the broader product ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful design solutions

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of UX design or interaction design experience
• Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute strategic programs
• Experience delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
• An online portfolio or samples demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile devices
• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
