Job Description Summary

The PayPal Developer Relations (DevRel) team transforms how developers experience our platform. As Global Web Manager, you will lead planning, publishing, and evaluating developer website pages, maintain content quality, drive channel consolidation and transformation, and measure KPIs. You will promote developer services and encourage broader adoption.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate clear plans to create content strategies that align with product goals and user needs while meeting team performance metrics.
• Perform highly specialized work assignments using advanced content strategy knowledge and business expertise.
• Lead projects or programs within the content design function and coordinate activities of others.
• Design process, product, and service improvements based on user insights and industry trends.
• Determine methods and procedures for content design strategies that may impact other teams.

Expected Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and experience.

Compensation

National annual pay range: $144,380–$116,2420. Compensation may include a performance bonus, equity, and benefits (medical, dental, vision). For more, visit https://www.paypalbenefits.com.
