We are looking for a strategic and creative leader to join our team as a Live Producer. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in translating our brand vision into immersive experiences through high-impact live broadcasts and events. Positioned at the vibrant crossroads of hospitality, technology, and content creation, you will ensure that every production resonates with the global community of a leading client in the rental home and property space. You will be responsible for crafting moments that feel both personal and world-class, bridging the gap between digital content and real-world connection.

Responsibilities:

Direct High-Stakes Productions: Oversee large-scale event execution, managing diverse crews and serving as the primary authority on logistics, technical requirements, and project management.

Technical Mastery: Apply a deep understanding of AV signal flow-encompassing video, audio, and control systems-to ensure seamless event delivery.

Broadcast Expertise: Operate advanced production hardware, including professional switchers, audio consoles, encoders, and digital recording units.

Virtual Integration: Expertly leverage video conferencing platforms to enhance live event accessibility and engagement.

Content Direction: Facilitate the creation of internal and external media by directing asset switching and source management in real-time.

Collaborative Planning: Partner with stakeholders to develop comprehensive runs-of-show, presentation decks, and timelines while proactively mitigating technical risks.

Crisis Management: Resolve complex technical challenges under pressure, leading multiple teams across various studio and field environments.

Process Optimization: Refine and streamline production workflows to maintain peak efficiency and high quality standards.

Stakeholder Relations: Act as the central point of contact for partners, utilizing superior communication skills to manage expectations and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Professional Experience: 5-7 years in live event production with a robust background in technical multimedia creation.

Multi-Disciplinary Skill Set: Hands-on proficiency in multiple production crafts, such as stage management, lighting, camera operation, or audio engineering.

Technical Proficiencies:

Expertise in AV signal flow and control technologies.

Advanced knowledge of Blackmagic ATEM systems and professional live-streaming workflows.

High-level proficiency in Zoom orchestration (e.g., managing translators and complex webinar configurations).

Hardware Knowledge: Extensive experience with broadcast-grade equipment, including SSD recorders and mixing consoles.

Leadership Qualities:

Proven ability to lead crews through technical complexity and a track record of improving operational productivity.
