Find your next purchase/gig/home and more! We help our clients with classified ad placement in multiple publications- including but not limited to real estate, employment and service directory. This position will handle a lot of our real estate photo ads/clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills are important. Computer proficiency and ability to multi-task (in a deadline driven environment) within different computer systems are also very important. More info about the position: Mon-Fri days- typically 8:30-5pm. Flexibility for a schedule between 30 and 40 hours per week for the right candidate. Help clients over the phone and e-mail- mostly with the wording, placement, modification and cancelation of classified ads. Contacting/informing clients when ads are ending. Problem solving issues with ads. Collecting payment for ads. Help self-service clients with ad placement, questions and issues.
