We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership. This is an
in-office position
located in the Biltmore area, requiring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Screen calls and visitors, ensuring accurate information and professional communication.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive documents and information.
Support departmental projects and assist with expense reconciliation.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
4+ years of administrative support experience, including 3+ years supporting senior executives.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
