Location: Coral Rehabilitation and Nursing of Austin Full-Time & PRN/Per Diem Opportunities Available | 8-Hour Shifts Pass Medications with Purpose. Care with Compassion. Are you a dedicated Certified Medication Aide with a heart for caring and the skills to back it up? Coral Rehabilitation and Nursing of Austin is seeking a motivated, compassionate CMA who also holds a CNA certification to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you'll be responsible for both hands-on resident care and accurate medication administration
playing a vital part in the health, safety, and comfort of those we serve. What You'll Do:
Administer medications to residents with precision, compassion, and attention to the 5 Rights Monitor for therapeutic effectiveness and promptly report any side effects or changes Perform CNA duties as assigned to support residents' daily living needs Document all medication-related tasks clearly and accurately Maintain proper storage and accountability of medications, including narcotics Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to uphold high-quality care Support compliance with all infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines What You Bring:
Valid Texas Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification Active CNA certification in the State of Texas Strong observation and communication skills A compassionate approach to resident care and customer service Dedication to accuracy, professionalism, and teamwork Why You'll Love Working Here:
