Tool & Die Maker
We are seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, constructing, altering, and repairing a variety of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges to very close tolerances. This role involves performing development work, executing difficult tool room machine operations, and performing skilled fitting, timing, and adjusting. You will be required to assure proper tool, die, and mold assembly, conduct tool tryouts, and diagnose and correct any issues. Responsibilities
Plan, construct, alter, and repair a variety of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges. Perform development work and difficult tool room machine operations. Ensure proper tool, die, and mold assembly. Conduct tool tryouts and diagnose any problems. Work independently on complex dies and molds for new products. Receive routed prints or sketches, perform necessary calculations. Use proper materials, tools, and procedures for repairing or making dies. Grind, dress, and heat treat tools, jigs, and fixtures as needed. Assemble finished dies and conduct press trials. Adjust dies to produce desired parts within specified tolerances. Make gauges, tools, and machine parts to exact tolerances. Essential Skills
Proficiency in CNC, MILL, and LATHE operations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience in tool and die making and machining. Capability to work independently and solve complex problems. Additional Skills & Qualifications

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
