Shipping And Receiving Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team in a small shop environment. The ideal candidate will manage various warehouse tasks with efficiency and accuracy, utilizing their knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Responsibilities: Manage shipping and receiving operations efficiently. Find, pull, and package parts for shipment. Perform data entry and inventory management tasks. Coordinate with freight brokers for scheduling shipments. Handle UPS/FedEx waybills and international shipping including export documentation. Provide exceptional customer service and communication via phone and email. Operate sit-down forklifts and perform general material handling. Lift and move boxes and bags up to 40 lbs. Essential Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Warehouse experience with a focus on shipping and receiving. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Strong multitasking abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus. Familiarity with scheduling shipments with freight brokers. Experience with UPS/FedEx waybills and international shipping. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, MO. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
